Youth Groups
Our Children and Youth Ministry exists to... SHARE Christ with the children and youth of our community. TEAM them with other Christians and ADVANCE them in their spiritual maturity. Helping them to RECOGNIZE their spiritual gifts and to SURRENDER their life to God. UPCOMING EVENTS IN YOUTH MINISTRY All youth are invited to come out on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month at 7:00 PM for a time of fun, food, and fellowship. We have groups for all ages from age 3 to Senior High youth. If you have any questions regarding Youth and Children's Ministries, contact Wayne Snelbaker, Jr. or Karen Parson, Directors. Bible Study for 7-12th Grades meets Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM in Room C with leader, Wayne Snelbaker, Jr. Bring your friends and join in the study of God's Word and fellowship together. ATTENTION YOUTH!!! Our 2012 Winter Retreat will be January 27th to 29th. The theme for the weekend is "Bringing My Best Friend". Permission packets are available. The packets must be read and completed by youth and parents. Cost for the weekend is $40.00. Bring along a snack and your favorite drink to share with the group. This is open to youth 7th through 12th grade students. Mark your calendars. Circle of Friends - Grade 5-7 St. David's E. C. Church from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM in Room B. Christians In Action - Grade 1-4 St. David's E. C. Church from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM in Room M. Sunshine Treasures - Ages 3 through Kindergarten St. David's E.C. Church from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM in Room #4. Youth Group Bible Studies Ages 7-12 Grade Youth Wednesday Nights at St. David's E.C. Church, 6:15 PM in Room #1 St. David's High Voltage Ministry Grades 7-12 - St. David's E. C. Church. Meets the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month. High Voltage meets the first and third Friday of the month from 7:00 to 9:20 PM. Bring your friends and come to enjoy games, refreshments, music, and closing with devotional time.
