MID-WEEK PRAYER SERVICE

Every Wednesday at 7:00 PM in Room M

Everyone is encouraged to attend our weekly prayer time.  This is a time to intercede for the life and ministry of St. David's, our families and community.  Please contact the church office if you need a ride to the prayer service.

August 1st at 2:00 PM Baptismal Service - Annual baptismal service at the Wennerholt's.  Baptismal preparation class will be held on Wednesday, July 21st at 8:00 PM at St. Davids in Room N.  Attendance of the class is required for baptism.   Contact Pastor Pat for more information.

August 7th, Saturday at 3:30 PM Church Picnic - Open to all who attends St. David's.  Special entertainment by Brad and Mary Barrows.  Games, cake walk, and other surprises for everyone!

August 8th, Sunday, 6:30 PM - The 2010 mission team will be presenting to the congregation the happenings that took place in Bear Branch, Kentucky during the week of June 19-27.  There will be testimonies, music, slide show presentation and more.  Light refreshments will be serviced following the evening service.

Anyone interested in the 2010 Mystery Trip organized by the ladies of the Joint Heirs Sunday School Class!   The men do not know where the trip will be taking them - it is a secret.   The Mystery Trip will take place on Saturday, October 16th.  Please contact (by May 22nd) Linette Kindig, Chris Grim, Teresa Cramer, Pat Apple or any lady from the class.  We would love to have you join us for this adventure!

EXCITING REGULAR EVENTS AND HAPPENINGS

 Every 2nd Friday of the month, there is a special group of talented people that meet in Room M at 7:00 PM to do a great activity...SCRAPBOOKING!!  Come and learn how to scrapbook!  Call Kami Link or Amy Desautels for more info.

Dorcas MInistry is a group of ladies who meet the 4th Thursday of every month at 6:00 PM to knit and crochet items for charity such as baby hats, sweaters, prayer shawls, etc.    All are welcome to join any time! 

Widow's Luncheon:   These ladies meet every month at 11:30 AM.  For upcoming dates, contact Lois Dietz.

Ladies Luncheon:  All ladies are invited to meet for lunch every last Wednesday of the month.  They are meeting on February 24th at 11:30 AM at the Colonial Diner on Carlisle Road.   If you have any questions, please call Audrey Jackson.
