Next Sunday is Food Bank Sunday, 8/1 - Every first Sunday of the month is Food Bank Sunday, but you may bring in your donations any day. There is a bin at the front desk for your donations. Please donate regular size containers. Thank you for giving to your neighbors in need. Needs include pancake mixes, pancake syrups, oatmeal, canned milk, red beets, sauerkraut, and children's canned lunches: spaghetti, spaghetti-o's.

Dover Area Food Bank is holding monthly food distribution at St. David's Pavilion for the months of July, August, and September. The July distribution is on Monday, July 26th, Two volunteers are needed to unload the truck at the pavilion at 10:00 AM. There will be 90 boxes and 90 bags to unload. Please contact the church office if you can help.

August 1st at 2:00 PM Baptismal Service - We are having our annual baptismal service at the Wennerholt's. This is a time for the believer to testify publicly of their faith in the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Family and friends are welcome to attend. A baptismal preparation class will be held on Wednesday, July 21st at 8:00 PM at St. Davids in Room N. Attendance of the class is required for baptism. Contact Pastor Pat for more information.

August 7th, 3:30 until ? Church Picnic - Everyone who attends St. David's is invited to our annual picnic in the pavilion. Special entertainment by Daybreak with Brad and Mary Barrows. Games for kids 3:30 to 4:30. Cake walk and other exciting surprises! Being planned by our Young Disciples Sunday School Class.

August 8th, 6:30 PM - The 2010 mission team will be presenting to the congregation the happenings that took place in Bear Branch, Kentucky during the week of June 19-27. There will be testimonies, music, slide show presentation and more. Light restreshments will be served following the service.
